Rabbi Shalom Rosner
Rabbi Shalom Rosner was the Rav of Congregation
Bais Ephraim Yitzchok from 2002- 2008. He became
the first Rabbi of the Kehilla, shortly after the shul
established its location at 812 Peninsula Blvd in
Woodmere, NY.

Rabbi Rosner learned for 2 years in Israel at Yeshivat
Shaalvim, prior to his undergraduate work at Yeshiva
University. At Yeshiva, he participated in the Mazer
Yeshiva Program for which he was named
Valedictorian. He also earned a BA in Economics. He
then attended the Azrieli School, graduating with a
Masters in Jewish Education and Administration.
Rabbi Rosner obtained Semicha through the RIETS
program and became a member of the Beren Kollel
Elyon and a Kupietsky Kodshim Fellow. He served as
a Rebbe in the Stone Beis Medrash Program at
Yeshiva University until 2008 when he made aliyah.
Rabbi Rosner is currently a rebbe at Yeshivat Reishit
Yerushalayim, guest lecturer Yeshivat Shaalvim and is
the Rav of the community of Nofei HaShemesh, Israel.

Rabbi Rosner is married to Dr. Tamar Rosner and
has 7 children.
